1. Returns

We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Product must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased on sale / clearance / discounted offers

Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be eligible for return (if applicable)
3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card).

COD orders, if approved, will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Replacement

Replacement is available only for damaged or defective products.

Replacement request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video/images.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of approved returns due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be covered by us.
