Return & Refund Policy

We value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased on sale / clearance / discounted offers

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be eligible for return (if applicable)

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card).

  • COD orders, if approved, will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

  • 4. Replacement

    • Replacement is available only for damaged or defective products.

    • Replacement request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video/images.

    5. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

    • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

    6. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • In case of approved returns due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be covered by us.
