Return & Refund Policy
My Book Manager offers a simple and easy return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 24 Hours from the date of delivery. You just have to share images of books (Damaged/ Wrong Books)Â Once your order is canceled, the refund is processed after the Book has been picked up from the delivery location. Please have a look at which conditions you can raise the refund/replacement request.
Damaged Items
In case, the books delivered to you are in a damaged condition then you can raise a request to change the item or raise a refund request. We will not charge any extra fees for you.
Different items
In the case, that you got the wrong items (different books/novels) delivered to you then you can raise the refund and replace request.
Missing items
If the order delivered to you is incomplete then you can raise the refund and return request. Just click the picture while opening the package and send it to us
Items not eligible for ReturnÂ
When an order has been successfully delivered to you in perfect condition, and you have damaged the product then please note that we will not be responsible for any damage to the product.
How to Raise a Cancellation or Return Request?
You just have to share your order ID and images on our WhatsApp (9355765856) or on our Instagram (@mybookmanager), once you share these details, we will look into the matter & revert.
Evaluation & Pick Up
Our customer service will receive the images and if your item is eligible for the return then we will raise the request. Return pick-up of the product will be scheduled as per the available slots for our delivery executive. When we schedule a return pick-up, these items will be picked up by the logistic partner from the same shipping address of the order, within 72 hours of the return pick-up request. Our refund policy is quite simple, We will refund the entire amount in the original mode of payment such as Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, or UPI Account.
